The Joyful Reset

Join us for a soul-nourishing 4-night retreat on the tranquil island of Nusa Lembongan — a tiny island paradise just a short boat ride from mainland Bali. Think Bali 20 years ago… but with really good coffee.

This tiny island, only 8 square kilometres in size, is known for its white-sand beaches, crystal-clear water, excellent surf, relaxed pace of life, and stunning ocean views. A place where mornings feel softer, shoes are not required, and the outside world can fade away for a while.

You will be perched in a luxury villa high on the hill overlooking Sandy Bay Beach. With sweeping ocean views and cooling sea breezes, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect — not only with yourself, but also with the amazing people you’ll share this experience with, and the simple joy of being alive.

Retreats are one of those rare experiences where you get to shed the obligations and responsibilities of daily life for a little while. No cooking, no cleaning, nowhere you need to be, and nothing you need to organise. Just beautiful movement, nourishing food, ocean air, meaningful connection, and space to simply be. It’s a truly special experience.

With just 10 places available, this will be an intimate and supportive experience where you’ll be guided throughout your stay while still having plenty of freedom to shape your days exactly as you need.

Each day, Mercia will guide movement practices including yoga, yin, and Pilates, thoughtfully designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and deeply restored, while Kat will offer gentle morning Qi Gong practices.

Some days might feel spacious and slow. Others playful and energising. And at least one day will feel outright bougie as we head to the super luxe Spring Spa to properly spoil ourselves.

Everything is optional, and you’ll be encouraged to honour what your body and nervous system need most.

Spend your time floating in the pool overlooking the ocean, exploring the island by scooter, booking a massage, surfing, snorkelling vibrant coral reefs, swimming with manta rays, visiting local cafes, or simply lying in the sun doing absolutely nothing at all.

In the evenings, we’ll gather for sunset chats, beautiful dinners, and bonfires overlooking the beach while still enjoying the luxurious surrounds of our private villa.
