  Village Yoga Coolum is amazing!
So many options on their timetable from early morning to evening classes,  Power flow to Restorative & a diverse range of teachers too.
Absolutely love 💜 Cara's Slow Flow class.
She has a gentle calming voice, very creative with great cues & offers the option for hands on adjustments.

  Abhi creates such a warm and welcoming and cheerful space for everyone who enters the room, making it easy to relax and safely enjoy the class no matter your age, stage or ability. I always leave the session (Gentle Flow) feeling I’ve moved, stretched and then been hugged from the inside. A wonderful way to start the week.

  Village Yoga is my sanctuary. A beautiful community and, honestly, the best instructors I've ever found in one place. Before work, after work, sometimes both (can't beat morning Pilates and arv Restorative on Fridays), I always feel better after yoga. Suitable for anyone, come along and find out for yourself.
