Classic Reformer

Classic Reformer is a steady-paced, traditional reformer class inspired by the classical Pilates repertoire. In this session, you’ll move through a balanced sequence that builds strength, control, and body awareness — with a focus on precision, breath, and technique.
Perfect for beginner to intermediate students, this class offers plenty of options to scale the intensity up or down, allowing you to tailor your workout to your energy and experience level. Expect a mindful, full-body session that leaves you feeling centred, strong, and aligned.

Class Intensity Level 2- 3: Mild to moderate intensity,, providing a good balance of strength and flexibility..

Stretch & Restore

This gentle class uses the Reformer to support deep, sustained stretches that release tension and improve mobility. With a focus on breath and relaxation, it’s the perfect reset for body and mind.

Class Intensity Level 2–3: Options will be offered throughout, ranging from Level 2: Mild – Mild intensity with gentle, slow-paced movement to Level 3: Moderate – Moderate intensity, providing a good balance of strength and flexibility. It’s up to you — completely chill or turn it up a bit.

Full Body Classes

Full Body Reformer
Feel the burn, build strength, and move with precision in this dynamic full-body Reformer Pilates class. Designed to challenge and balance the entire body, this session works through a variety of movements that target your core, glutes, legs, arms, and back — all while enhancing mobility and posture.

Expect a combination of strength, stretch, control and coordination using the Reformer, with layered options to suit all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a regular mover, you’ll leave feeling longer, stronger, and more connected.

Class Intensity: Suitable for all levels with modifications provided. Bring your breath, your focus, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Stretch & Sculpt

Lengthen and tone in this flow-based session combining mobility work with slow, sculpting movements. Ideal for those craving mindful movement.

Class Intensity Level 3–5: You choose the challenge. Options will be offered throughout, ranging from Level 3: Moderate (a balance of strength and flexibility) to Level 5: Intense (expect sweat, strong muscle engagement, and a raised heart rate). It’s up to you — take it easy or turn it up

Core Control

A full-body Reformer class with a purposeful focus on the core. This session blends dynamic, breath-led movement with targeted work on trunk stability and spinal articulation. While every major muscle group is challenged for overall balance and strength, the emphasis stays centred on activating deep core muscles to enhance control, posture, and spinal health from the inside out.

Class Intensity Level 3–5: You choose the challenge. Options will be offered throughout, ranging from Level 3: Moderate (a balance of strength and flexibility) to Level 5: Intense (expect sweat, strong muscle engagement, and a raised heart rate). It’s up to you — take it easy or turn it up.

Power & Precision

A dynamic, athletic class blending strength, balance, and control. Expect full-body toning with a strong emphasis on technique.

Booty & Core Burn

Designed to challenge and balance the entire body, but with specific focus on the glutes and core in this high-energy class. Expect pulses, holds, and plenty of spice.

Arm’d & Aligned

Designed to challenge and balance the entire body, but with specific focus on the upper-body. Expect targeted work for arms, shoulders, back, and posture—plus core integration to support alignment and control. Great for building tone, balance, and upper-body awareness.
